Courses of study
We prepare students for their future as they learn to confidently use informaiton communication technologies to critically assess information, which challenges their knowledge and understanding of the world.
Stage 4
Students study a wide range of subjects to introduce them to secondary education and provide a basis for later choices for future education. All students in Year 7 and 8 undertake the following courses each fortnight for the number of periods indicated:

Stage 5
Year 9 and 10
As well as the core subjects, students study 3 electives. Electives are maintained for both years 9 and 10. In Year 10 students participate in a careers lesson each fortnight on a term rotation in a English, Maths, Science or HSIE lesson.

Students choose 3 electives from the following list: The courses that run each year is determined by the number of students who select electives each year. As a result not all courses run each year.

Stage 6
Students complete the Preliminary Course (Year 11) and the HSC Course (Year 12).
Year 11 and 12
Students must study a minimum of 12 units for the Preliminary Course and 10 units for the Higher School Certificate. English is compulsory. Not all courses run each year. The decision as to which course runs is based upon the number of students selecting courses during the subject selection process.
